Playing soccer. If you are good at playing soccer, you can do this sport to release your stress. Invite your friends to play soccer together. Remember to wear soccer shoes and other gears, so you can enjoy playing.
Playing paintball. This sport is so interesting especially when you play paintball together with your team and fight with another team. This challenging sport can be done both indoor and outdoor. To play it, you just need to use paintball gun and gear completely to avoid the risks of getting injuries during the match.
Playing airsoft gun. It is similar to play paintball because playing airsoft gun you need to have a team. But, this sport requires you to have gun license and have good physic. To make this sport more fun, invite your friends and cooperate well, so that you can beat another team successfully.
Riding a bike. If you don’t like challenging sports, you can do simple and fun sports, like riding a bike. You can go around city park or residence area. Do this sport in the morning or afternoon. Invite your friends to do this together.
